OUR STORY
Kicking Kids’ Cancer began with one powerful desire—to help a child in need.
In 2013, the daughter of a close family friend, Malia Jusczyk, was diagnosed with cancer at just two years old. Heartbroken and determined to take action, Tara and Ciaran McArdle organized a small fundraiser at XL Soccer World to rally their community and support Malia’s fight.
What started as one event filled with love and purpose has grown into something extraordinary.
Today, Kicking Kids’ Cancer is a registered nonprofit dedicated to funding life-saving research and supporting children and families facing pediatric cancer. Each year, we host a major fundraising event that brings people together to raise hope, awareness, and essential funds for a cure. Malia’s story continues to inspire everything we do—and reminds us why this fight is so important.
